Terms and Conditions

Our goal is to provide every client with a seamless, elevated, and professional on-location beauty experience. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

All appointments are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after the required retainer has been received. Retainers are non-refundable and are applied toward your final service balance. Your retainer reserves your date and time exclusively and may require us to decline other booking opportunities.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible. Retainers are non-refundable, and rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. A new retainer may be required to secure a different date.

For weddings and large parties, once the final service count has been confirmed, removing individuals from the reservation may not reduce the contracted balance.

As a luxury on-site makeup service, we travel directly to your home, hotel, venue, bridal suite, or approved location. Travel fees may apply based on distance and location.

Parking, valet, tolls, accommodations, transportation, and other location-specific expenses required to provide services are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Destination services are available and quoted individually.

Clients are responsible for being present and ready at their scheduled service time. For weddings and group bookings, each member of the party must be available according to the provided beauty timeline.

Late arrivals or delays may result in shortened services, additional waiting fees, or an inability to complete the scheduled service. Payments remain non-refundable when services cannot be completed due to client or party delays.

Wedding and large-party reservations may require a minimum number of services, additional artists, assistants, early-start fees, travel accommodations, or other arrangements depending on the location and required completion time.

Specific requirements, pricing, payment schedules, and final service counts will be outlined in your bridal or event agreement.

A clean, safe, adequately lit workspace with access to an electrical outlet, chair, and reasonable working space must be available upon arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in an unsafe, unsanitary, threatening, or inappropriate environment, subject to applicable law.

Please disclose known allergies, sensitivities, contagious conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or other concerns that may affect your makeup application before services begin.

Professional sanitation practices are followed for every appointment. However, individual sensitivities and reactions may occur, and clients are responsible for communicating known allergies or sensitivities before application.

Every makeup application is customized to complement your skin tone, skin type, facial features, bone structure, personal style, and desired level of glam.

Inspiration photographs are welcomed; however, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed due to natural differences in facial features, complexion, skin texture, and anatomy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside of our control, including severe weather, traffic disruptions, accidents, venue restrictions, emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Should an emergency prevent your assigned artist from providing services, reasonable efforts may be made to arrange a qualified replacement when possible. Any applicable remedy will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

By submitting a retainer, payment, or confirming a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions along with any additional policies or service agreements provided for your booking.

Bridal, destination, and large-party reservations may be subject to additional terms outlined in a separate service agreement.
